Derma E Introduces Fresh, New Packaging!

Derma E

I’m so excited to talk about one of my favorite cruelty free skincare brands, Derma E! I’ve been a Derma E devotee for years now and have always loved their animal friendly, and wallet friendly, products. Coming in March 2017, Derma E is releasing their all new, fresh-faced branding and packaging. I’ve always loved their careful packaging and attention to detail, but this new look is fresh, fun, and fabulous! And not to worry, their ethical, earth-friendly formula that we all love hasn’t changed a bit!

Derma E

Where Can You Get It?

Derma E is one of the most accessible cruelty free brands out there. Once March hits, you’ll be able to shop at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Ulta Beauty and Target. CVS and Walgreens Pharmacies are keeping their shelves stocked, too! Keep an eye our for their new sleek look on all of their products. But, just this past month you’ll start seeing the following lines: Hydrating, Anti Wrinkle Line, Firming and their best selling Microdermabrasion Scrub + Overnight Peel, looking brighter and lighter!

The New Design

Derma E Once you open up your Derma E products, you’ll see their trademark Lotus Flower, symbolizing Beauty & Efficacy. Derma E’s true goal is to provide us with beauty from the inside out–ethical, sustainable, and affordable!

Now, their missing and their goals are located on every package as well as their commitments to the environment and local communities.

If you’re new to the brand, their Hydrating Line is one of my personal favorites. Their Hydrating Day and Night Creams are perfect for combination skin! Packed with antioxidants and Hyaluronic Acid, these creams reduce the appearance of fine lines, dry skin, and wrinkles.

Green Tea, Vitamin A, C, and E pamper and nourish the skin and smooth you out! The scent is light, fresh, and clean, and the cream absorbs super fast providing you with a great canvas for daytime (makeup primer not needed!), and a boost of hydration for nighttime.

Whether you’re looking for hydration, anti-aging, clearer skin, or a skin detox, Derma E has got you covered.

I’m loving their new lifestyle focus and the fact that I can purchase these amazing items at so many places. What will you try first?

Vegan Sausage & Peppers with Upton’s Naturals

There is a lot of cooking that goes on in the Keith and Christine compound. Seriously, we’re always cooking SOMETHING. We love to entertain and we really like spending time in the kitchen together…even though our food ideals don’t match up completely. We rarely go out to eat, and to be honest, why would we when when we’ve got some much deliciousness going on right here at home? Because we are a “multivore” household, a lot of our recipes have to work with an interchangeable protein. I am becoming a seitan worshiper (hah!), and Upton’s Naturals sent me coupons so I could experiment with their AMAZING product at home. So far, I’ve been working with the Italian Style Seitan and Keith and I developed this Vegan Sausage and Peppers sandwich that will make your Nonnie’s proud!

The first thing that happened when I went vegetarian was researching how to keep our multivore household simple. I researched all of my favorite recipes (Dad’s meatballs, Mom’s broccoli rabe, etc…) and found simple ways to make them suitable for me and anyone else who happens to be eating at our home. This recipe is a true favorite for all types of eaters and Upton’s Naturals makes a great product that is versatile and tasty. Keep an eye out for more of my Upton’s inspired recipes and let me know if you want to see my transform your favorite Italian dishes!
